All quotes provided by HyperAg Dynamics Ltd. are valid for a limited period as stated on the quotation. A confirmed purchase order or signed agreement is required before processing any sale. Quoted prices do not include applicable taxes, freight, or import duties unless otherwise specified.

5. Payments
All payments must be made according to the terms outlined on the invoice. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, or approved financing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

6. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery timelines are estimates only. HyperAg Dynamics Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery or pickup.

7. Warranty & Service
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions are outlined by Apex Ag Equipment. For warranty claims or service requests, please contact HyperAg Dynamics directly.

8. Returns & Cancellations
Custom orders or used equipment sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. All cancellations or returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to restocking or administrative fees.

HyperAg Dynamics Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our equipment. Users are responsible for proper operation, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
